| 3 | T | Mirin |
| 1 | T | Sugar |
| 1 | Clove | Garlic |
| 1 | Knob | Fresh Ginger |
- Grate Ginger on a Micro-Plane or Ginger-Grater
- Finely mince Garlic
- Place all ingredients in a small non-metallic bowl
- Refrigerate for at least a few hours
